Quoria Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation for convenience; the Spanish original is the one that legally applies.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

In short

  • Quoria is an online workspace: meetings, chat, email, calendar, tasks, files and AI meeting notes.
  • The content you upload is yours. We only use it to provide the Service.
  • The free trial of the Team plan lasts 14 days, needs no payment method and, when it ends, the workspace moves to the free plan by itself, with no charge.
  • Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, and anyone who signs up as a consumer can withdraw within the legal period and get a full refund.
  • Call audio is not recorded, and nothing you upload is used to train AI models.

This summary helps you understand the Terms but does not replace them. The full text is what applies.

1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Quoria, the service available at quoria.app and in its applications (the "Service"), provided by Lucas Gabriel Cuppuleri, CUIL/CUIT No. 20-40473595-1, domiciled in Burzaco, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina ("Quoria", "we").

By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, a person accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone accepting them on behalf of a company or organization declares that they have authority to bind it, and the Terms apply to that organization. Anyone who does not agree must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: the person or organization that creates a workspace or subscribes to a plan.
  • User: anyone who accesses the Service, including the people the Customer invites.
  • Workspace: an organization's environment within Quoria, with its members, channels, meetings, email and files.
  • Administrator: the User with permissions to manage the workspace, its members and its settings.
  • Guest: an outside person invited to a meeting with limited access.
  • Customer Content: everything Users send, upload, say or generate in the Service: messages, emails, files, voice messages, transcripts, notes and tasks.

3. The Service

Quoria offers an online workspace that includes, depending on the plan: video calls and meetings, channel chat and direct messages, calls, calendar, tasks with reminders, files, email (with your own domain or by connecting an existing mailbox), meeting and call transcription, AI-generated notes and summaries, translated captions and writing tools.

To provide some features, Quoria uses specialized providers (for example, for hosting, video calls, sending email, speech transcription and artificial intelligence), which process data only for that purpose and under confidentiality obligations. The list of providers is in the Privacy Policy.

We may improve, change or stop offering features. If a change materially reduces a feature of a current paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and the Customer may cancel without penalty.

4. Accounts and workspaces

Using Quoria requires an account with true, complete and up-to-date information. Using other people's data or impersonating someone else is forbidden. To subscribe to a plan you must be over 18 or have legal capacity under the law of your country; the Service is not aimed at people under 16.

Each User is responsible for:

  • keeping their password and other credentials secret;
  • preventing unauthorized access to their account and telling us right away if they suspect it;
  • the actions taken from their account.

The Customer is responsible for whom it invites to its workspace, the permissions it gives them and its Users' compliance with these Terms. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.

While access to Quoria is by invitation, creating a new workspace requires an access code provided by Quoria. We may stop requiring it at any time.

5. Plans, prices and payments

Quoria offers a free plan with reduced features and limits, and paid plans. The features, limits and prices of each plan are published at quoria.app and shown before subscribing.

  • Payment: paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly as chosen, through the methods shown when subscribing (for example, Mercado Pago or bank transfer).
  • Per-person pricing: when a plan is priced by number of people, the charge changes as members are added to or removed from the workspace. Increases are charged pro rata; removals apply from the next period.
  • Taxes: prices state whether they include taxes. Any taxes due under the Customer's law are added to the charge.
  • Renewal: where the payment method allows it, plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless the Customer cancels before. Otherwise, the Customer renews by paying for the next period.
  • Missed payments: if a payment cannot be collected or is not made, we will notify the Customer. If it is not settled within 15 days, the workspace moves to the free plan, without losing Customer Content.
  • Price changes: we will announce any price change at least 30 days in advance. It will apply from the next renewal, and the Customer may cancel before if they disagree.
  • Invoices: we will issue the corresponding receipt for each payment, based on the details the Customer provides, which the Customer must keep up to date.

6. Free trial

The Team plan can be tried free for 14 calendar days, with all its features. The trial does not require a payment method and generates no charge.

When the trial ends, the workspace moves automatically to the free plan, with no charge; if it exceeds that plan's limits, some features are restricted until a paid plan is subscribed to or usage is adjusted, without losing Customer Content. To continue on the Team plan, the Customer must subscribe to it expressly.

The free trial is offered once per Customer. We may change or stop offering the trial to new Customers; anyone who has already started it keeps it under the conditions in force when it began.

7. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Cancellation. The Customer may cancel its plan at any time by writing to support@quoria.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then the plan can still be used, and no new periods are charged. Except as stated in the next paragraph or required by law, partial periods are not refunded.

Right of withdrawal. A Customer who subscribes as a consumer may withdraw without giving reasons and at no cost within 10 calendar days from subscribing or from the first payment, whichever is later, or within any longer period set by the law of their country (for example, 14 days in the European Union). To do so, use the Withdrawal button or write to support@quoria.app with the account's email. We will refund the full amount paid, through the same payment method, within the legal periods.

The rights the law grants consumers prevail over any other clause in these Terms.

8. Customer Content

Customer Content belongs to the Customer and its Users. Quoria acquires no ownership over it.

The Customer grants us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, maintain and protect the Service: for example, to store messages, send emails, transcribe a meeting or generate a summary. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, which are erased in their usual cycles.

Nobody at Quoria accesses Customer Content unless the Customer asks us to in order to solve a support issue, it is necessary for the security of the Service, or a law or an order of a competent authority requires it.

The Customer declares that it has the necessary rights and permissions over the content it uploads and is responsible for its lawfulness.

9. Transcription and artificial intelligence

  • Visible transcription: when transcription is turned on in a meeting, a visible indicator shows it to all participants. In calls, each person can turn off the transcription of their own voice.
  • No recording: Quoria does not record the audio or video of calls; if transcription is on, only the text is kept.
  • Who sees the notes: the transcript, summary and tasks of each meeting or call are visible only to the people who took part or were invited.
  • Participants' consent: the Customer is responsible for telling participants, including outside ones, that the meeting is transcribed, and for obtaining any consents required by applicable law.
  • No model training: audio, transcripts and texts are not used to train artificial intelligence models, whether Quoria's or its providers'.
  • Check the results: summaries, tasks, translations, captions and suggested texts are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Users must review them before making important decisions based on them.

10. Email

  • Addresses on your own domain: to use them, the Customer must prove it owns the domain and is responsible for its configuration.
  • Connected mailboxes (for example, Gmail): credentials are stored encrypted and used only to read and send that mailbox's email at the User's request; the User can disconnect it at any time.
  • Who sees each mailbox: only its owner.
  • No bulk email: sending unsolicited email, mass advertising or messages that break anti-spam laws is not allowed. To protect the Service, we may limit the number of messages sent or suspend sending from an account that causes excessive complaints or bounces.

11. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used to:

  • break laws or infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy and image rights;
  • spread content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, incites violence or exploits minors;
  • send spam, scams, phishing or malicious software;
  • access or try to access other accounts, workspaces or systems without authorization;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or deliberately overload it;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except as the law allows;
  • resell the Service without Quoria's written authorization.

12. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. There may be interruptions for maintenance (which we will try to announce in advance), failures of providers, networks or the Internet, or force majeure.

Support is provided by email at support@quoria.app. Guaranteed service levels only exist if agreed in writing in a separate contract.

13. Intellectual property

The software, design, the Quoria brand, logos and other elements of the Service belong to Quoria or its licensors. While these Terms are in force, we grant Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service according to their plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If a User sends us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them to improve it, with no obligation towards that person.

14. Personal data and confidentiality

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. For Customer Content, Quoria acts as a processor on the Customer's behalf; for account and billing data, it acts as controller.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures: isolation between workspaces, encryption of communications and email credentials, access control and regular backups.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quoria is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities;
  • damages caused by misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms;
  • damages caused by Internet failures, third parties or force majeure.

Quoria's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount the Customer paid Quoria in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it.

These limitations do not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where consumer protection rules do not allow them.

16. Indemnity

The Customer will hold Quoria harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Customer Content, from use of the Service contrary to these Terms or the law, or from the infringement of third-party rights by the Customer or its Users.

17. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms apply while the Service is used. Either party may end them: the Customer, by cancelling its plan and deleting its account or workspace; Quoria, with 30 days' notice.

Quoria may suspend or end access immediately, with notice where possible, if there is just cause, in particular if the Customer or a User:

  • breaks the acceptable use rules or the law;
  • puts the security of the Service or other customers at risk;
  • assigns or shares their account with third parties;
  • otherwise breaches these Terms.

Quoria temporarily tolerating a breach does not mean it waives its rights.

When the relationship ends, the Customer has 30 days to download its content or ask us for a copy by writing to support@quoria.app. After that, we will delete Customer Content, except what we must keep by law. Backups are erased in their usual cycles.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or within the Service at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer disagrees, it may cancel before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means accepting them. Changes required by law may apply sooner. The version in force is always the one published at quoria.app/terminos.

19. General provisions

  • Severability: if a clause is invalid, it is replaced by the valid clause closest to its purpose, and the rest remain in force.
  • Assignment: the Customer may not assign these Terms without our consent. Quoria may assign them in case of reorganization, merger or sale of the business, notifying the Customer.
  • Notices: they are sent by email to the account's address or published within the Service.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the conditions of the plan subscribed to are the entire agreement between the parties, unless there is a different written contract.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless consumer protection rules give the Customer the right to sue before the courts of their own domicile.
